The Process

The PROCESS:

1. PROMISE
God starts off with a word of assurance to enable us to see beyond the natural...

2. PROBLEM
The starting point of PROMISE is the problem.

3. PEACE - This will take enable you to focus better on the positive than the negative. Brings the best out of your energy.

4. PRESSURE - if peace brings out the best out of your energy, pressure brings out the best out of you.
Pressure exposes all the goods and the bads. This helps you identify what is to keep and what to let go.
One classic example is flying a Chopper with people, animals, furnitures and cars. You have to know who needs the transport above all. You have to know what to put first and what is last.

5. PATIENCE - This is the ability to be productive while you wait for the end result. This in particular add better results because this is when you have a chance to put more in for greater result.

6. PERSEVERANCE - This is important to have. This is when your character is tested. This is when everybody and or everything may fail you but you know it is your character that wants you to keep going.

7. PROVISION - The end result.

Bring Your Time Back

It happens all the time when Mr Hero wants to demonstrate how things are done. How one problem which no one can fix could actually be fixed by a special person, and that is Mr Hero.

We forget sometimes how Time flies so quick that we do not realise how much we have lost versus how much we have invested.

We call it "Sunk-Cost Bias". This is when you have invested so much and the results are yet to happen. Rockets upon rockets have been launched and you have lost billions and it is just no right to quit when you feel like you are almost there. That is when, it is just way too late to quit and say, "I've wasted my time and money".

Some of the points I've learned from Greg McKeown Essentialism book: page 168-170:
1. Don't Rob People of Their Problems.
They won't learn until they know they have to fix it.

2. Boundaries are a source of liberation.
Once they know you won't help, they will know they have no choice but to stand and sweat it. This is when your boundaries are up and you get your freedom back to yourself. Freedom to choose your time for something more essential.

4. Know your Dealbreakers
Acknowledge and be aware of those times you are violated because of someone's request even when you are not doing anything at that point in time. Most deep thinking happen when you have a clear mind. And so it is important to know if someone's request is a Dealbreaker or not.

5. Craft Social Contracts
The best part of what I have learned from this reflection is this. In our day and age, we are well surrounded with social media, online networks, friends both cyber and face to face. It is just fair and reasonable to agree on terms where both parties will benefit. I always believe that someone can do something for someone. Each individual will have to be willing to sacrifice so you can get the best out of each other.

Bring Your Time Back.

I have watched NBA live - San Antonio Texas.

I will be in detail as I go with the dates.

Story to tell

Now, I am a married man.
I just want to share what God has done for me in the last two years of challenge and joy in Sydney.
First, I started out my 2009 with a setlist of what to pray and what to achieve.
there were like 20 points which include: work promotion, financial breakthrough, car, guitarS, PA System, Speakers, Amplifier, etc..
When i look at it now, God has answered it all.
Second, to play at my top ten venues to gig at.
late January is when i finally achieved my top 1-6 which include: the BASEMENT, MAC Hotel, Melt, Piano Room, etc..
Third, is to have a mentor in Music that will encourage and inspire me. 2 Years ago was when i met in person JOE SATRIANI and had afew words of encouragement from Him, AND NOW, I am meeting up through MSN GREG HOWE!!!! my IDOL ever since I started my MUSIC!!!!.. Ive played with ELY BUENDIA, YES. I had a chat with JOE SATRIANI, YES, Ive recorded songs, albums, YES. but GREG HOWE! gee!?..
LASTLY, I met my other half whose the most ideal person God has made in this world for me. Seriously, im so blessed to have a wife so unique and wonderful in may ways. I believe, she's the most simple, caring, understanding, loving bestfriend i've ever had..

I LOVE this LIFE GOD gave me. In Him, my life became pleasant, so will I continually delight in Him.

God is good, His love endures forever - beyond anything, any reason, any barriers - not even time..

things happen

Sometimes, things happen for no reason, sometimes, things happen for reason. Either way, the most important is we grow and learn to be mature and comit to doing the right thing the next time it comes our way.
It is very important to see each other's shortcoming and anticipate what sort of adjustment we need to make, rather than just trying to be perfect in everything.
The more we achieve to be perfect, the more pressure we make. It is good but there are other ways to make our life more enjoyable and prosperous.
I believe we are not created to be perfect but to be excellent. There's no way we can be perfect and for that case, we will always face conflicts which I believe is part of life.

How do we deal with conflicts? Do we think about the other's feelings?
It is important to see both parties and give respect on both's perspective about things for this will explain more why conflict happened.

Conflicts could either be helpful or painful. One way or the other it can always turn out to be good if we decide to make it good. Bottom line: Nothing should be based on EMOTION but DECISION..

Preparation

Ive found out that every minute spend in Preparation saves 7 days of execution for the purpose of defining and anticipating the situation to save the potential of greater success..

Sometimes we think that when our days are easy we just live it and flow with it. But in reality, days become special and fulfilled whenever we reflect and think about what sort of preparation we can do for greater results..

Life is short to spend in Mediocrity..
I believe every single day is created for something attainable, something challenging and something that will make us fulfilled...

Let us run the race, the race marked out for us, keep the faith, be strong and courageous, if God is for us, who can be against us??... We are destined for life..the life that is beyond life..

In His Arms

God is good all the time.
He makes everything work for the good of those who love Him.

He will never leave us nor forsake us. He's got a plan to prosper us and not to harm us.
Seek Him First and All Things shall be added unto you.

You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.

Faith is being certain of what we yet cannot see.

These are the promises we have in Him. Isn't it amazing that He doesn't get anything in return but still love us more than expectations?

God does not need anything for us. He is LOVE. It is who He is. It's not a decision that He make to help or love us, because that is who He is...

In His Arms,..

P's

the PROCESS OF THE FAITHFUL AND THE VESSEL

1. PROMISE
God starts off with a word of assurance to enable us to see beyond the natural...
Without promises, it is possibly hard for us to hang on to something invicible or spiritual

2. PROBLEM
The Purpose of PROMISE is the problem. Without the problem, everything will be perfect. As the chances of having promises may reduce
because everything is perfect

3. PEACE
God empowers during the process by helping us maintain peace of mind. "You don't need to get out of trouble, you just have to get your MIND out of trouble."

4. PRESSURE
Pressure brings out the worst in you BUT it also brings out the BEST in you. Nevertheless, it exposes us to who we are and therefore we are able
to make a choice of improving or quitting.

5. PATIENCE
God's timing is a lot different from our time. Patience reveals the intentions of the heart. It is whether we are longing for God or longing for Reward..
God is a jealous God, He tests us through test of time to see whether we are longing for Him or for material things..

6. PERSEVERANCE
God then teaches us to persevere, not only to receive the great reward but to testify and to encourage other people who may or may not be experiencing
what you have experienced

7. PROVISION
Lastly, Provision comes when our hearts are ready, mind, and everything.. We dont really have to be perfect, we just have to GROW. that's all God looks for..
