As a Leader, we are required to use our time wisely in every way.. for a time will come when all responsibilities will suddenly arise and we have to be prepared on how to handle it...
it's important to know what to prioritize and not to prioritize...

things to consider:
1. if you can delegate the work, delegate..
2. sometimes, what may be urgent is more important than what you need to do...
3. consider the production you'll receive when doing it,and not doing it...
4. do you really have to do it?... or should they be the one to do it?..
5. preparation is the best way to solve two problems at a time.. the longer preparation, the greater production...
