its a skill,
it takes confidence to be a leader..
great leaders are recognized in times when no one seem to help.. when nothing seems to be happening.. when people are hopeless and the leader is just excited to bring hope..

we are all called to be leaders, it's part of God's destiny for us,..
plus..
we are called to be encouragers to bring out the leadership skills of those who have not recognized it.
it's hard to have a mighty David,when there's no Jonathan,..
its hard to have a faithful Moses, without Joshua..

the more you encourage, the more you give hope,..
the more you give hope, refreshing comes..

we all wanted to be leaders, but a few would want to be "behind the scenes" those people who make leaders.. i encourage you to bring out the best of those who has potential to be great leaders..

God is pleased with those who do it behind the scenes.. people who are not recognized with what they do.. BECAUSE that is "Worship that is UNnoticed".. Only Him could Notice.. how wonderful..
the more secret the hardwork is,the more God is pleased,..unnoticed worship..

continue to encourage.. just as you were encouraged before to become a mighty son/daughter of the King.

But there's TRUE LOVE that we can have..

does it come even at the wrong timing?..

can be.. but it doesnt mean that u need to respond to it at the wrong timing too,.. it takes alot of WAITING to suppOrt your so-called TRUE love.. diba??

how will you know who?
christians ought to know that of course,HE/SHE should be a christian.
signs can help BUT we still need counsel about it.

when?
until you are stable, until you do His wOrk fOr yOu, until the oppOsite is ready,...

dont be impatient when its just too long,why?..because sometimes its not you who's not ready, but your future spouse.hehe. thats why, continue to pray hard for your future spouse as well...

ever felt like things dont come? like its taking too much time?...factors to consider why its taking too LONG,nothing seems to be happening..
1. we think of IT alot.
2. not for now.
3. we conform to what we usually here,when its not for us.
4. we desired for the wrong one.
5. we dwell on it instead of making ourselves busy for other things...
6. we are not prepared to have it..
7. there are still things we have to finish before having it...
8. there are things that we already have that we should be responsible of, we should take care of, then it comes when we learn to handle what we already have.
9. there are some sacrifices you need to do to fulfill it. it takes an effort atleast, to see God appreciate ur desire.. He's move with ur hardwork..
10. we also need counsel, advise on how to have it, BUT!, not all are to be followed,.. there's an ultimate source of decision..Him
WHEN does it come?
1. usually it's a surprise,.. from unexpected people, time, place, situation...
2. after a tragic event, hard problem,.. when uve almost given up on it..
3. jst the time u expected it.. as in the ordinary way.. but still unique..
