Ephesians 5:15-17

15 Look carefully then how you walk! Live purposefully and worthily and accurately, not as the unwise and witless, but as wise (sensible, intelligent people),

16 Making the very most of the time [buying up each opportunity], because the days are evil.

17 Therefore do not be vague and thoughtless and foolish, but understanding and firmly grasping what the will of the Lord is..

Paul is teaching the Church of Ephesus about having a life full of purpose and vision. So are we to live like him, buying every opportunity to be productive and fruitful.

what if there are no opportunities? then MAKE one. if we cant FIND opportunities, we'll make ONE. that's one trait of great leadership and passion. making opportunities in the absence of needs.

He is encouraging us to be wise and firmly grasping to the Lord's will which clearly illustrates that we all have purpose in God and that we are called to doing something, something that is unique that only you can do. It is a calling that was designed specifically for you to do which will help people around you.. be blessed!!! i know you will do what's right and find out what truly is right to do no matter how heavy circumstances may be.. because you want to live a purposeful life.. have a great week ahead..

Love I Corinthians 13

I Corinthians 13:7

Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening].

‘Love bears up under anything’ summarizes the whole Scripture, defines the whole ‘Bible’
God has clearly demonstrated the word love through every single story in the Bible.

Paul is teaching us to learn love more than anything we can learn from our walk with Him. No wonder Paul emphasized on the word love.

If love bears or stands EVERYTHING including the things we don’t consider loving, then our world could have been better. And we ourselves could have grown stronger and more dependent to God.

I believe the more we learn to love, the more we would need GOD. Naturally, we pick up things that we can love and leave the rest for God. Also, when things or people that are hard to love come our way, we easily conclude that it is just way hard to care for them. So by then, we conclude that it takes God’s love within us to manifest so it is enduring or bearing up anything and everything.

Our love will somehow fail along the way, but as we learn to use God’s love within us, we will find ourselves learning and developing the level of love in our lives.

So if we face circumstances that are not fitting for love, let us ask ourselves, “If God was on my situation, will He show genuine love? Loving it wholeheartedly?

What’s our kind of love? Is it enduring? Is it picky? Or are we wise enough to discern whether it’s genuine love or something else?

I Corinthians 13 will explain to us what love is, and what is not.

Lastly, I would like to encourage everyone to love more than what we could give while God empowers us with the supernatural so His Name will be glorified. Because God designed it that way, us being empty vessels before Him ready to serve and be filled by the Master. If God never loved us, we could have lost eternity, If God did not love us, we could have been paying for the air that we breathe, for the water we drink, for the earth that we use. But He loved us so much that He even designed everything so perfect that Solar System operates 24/7 for thousands of years without failing the orbits.

Anyway, God loves you more than you know. It is just a matter of discovering about it and appreciating what you already have. God did not design everything to be bare and obvious so we learn to seek His ‘depth’ of love. God bless everyone. 27.06.09
